A little bit about Rose House

image        Thank you for taking the time to come and see what Rose House is all about!

I started this adventure in January 2013 as I was struck by the high demand for high quality, nurturing, flexible and stimulating childcare. Having worked as a fully registered co-minder at a beautiful setting in Earlsfield between 2011 and 2013, I wanted to provide the same happy medium between home and nursery to parents in the area and feel that Rose House is that perfect stepping-stone.
At Rose House, my focus is on encouraging happy, well-rounded and confident little ones to blossom into inquisitive children who are ready to take on nursery and school.

My ethos is based on learning through play and our days are hugely varied and fun-packed with activities based on the EYFS.

We spend lots of time outside in the garden, at groups, the playground or visiting local attractions. Recently we have been to The Wetland Centre, Wandsworth Zoo, The Science Museum and much much more! We are also regular users of the library, playgrounds, play and music groups and soft play centres.

I provide the children with free access to all toys, books, puzzles, dressing up clothes and much more. We regularly enjoy messy play, cooking, dancing, arts & crafts and whatever else takes our fancy that day!

I provide healthy and varied home-cooked meals, happily accommodate dietary intolerances / allergies and encourage the children to try many different foods when they are with me.

The children have their own cots at nap time with personal sheets, blankets and any other sleeping aides they may have. I follow your current routines as far as possible.

Please take a look around the website for further information about Rose House and feel free to get in contact if you have any further questions or would like to pop over and meet us!
